The roots of Bardem's "No Country" hair
Spaniard Javier Bardem is up for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar® for his not-as-scary-as-the-book role as Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men, and in an apparent bid for sympathy votes keeps complaining about his character's haircut as if it were a Christy Brown My Left Foot or The Sea Inside transformation. But from the start, we've seen the do as an obvious tribute to Charlie Watts.
