Bob Biniak, skateboarding legend and one of the original Dogtown Z-Boys, is dead at 51. Days after a heart attack. A celebration of The Bullet's life will take place at sunset March 27 at Venice Beach Skate Plaza, 1800 Ocean Front Walk.
