Combine a terror threat, the summer rush and cancelled flights with a sudden lightning storm, and this is what you get. LaGuardia Airport was a zoo last night.
The security screening didn't seem to be more extensive than usual and getting through was a breeze. But on the other side was chaos.
We were lucky to get out.
