What's the big surprise about gas prices reaching $4 a gallon? President Bush acted dumb about the prospect the other day and this morning's LA Time's Daily Travel & Deal Blog says "there’s talk that gas could rise to $4 a gallon." Talk? In our Los Angeles village at the end of Sunset Boulevard, gas has been bubbling around the four dollar mark for a while now. It's not like we live in Hawaii or Alaska, so why's it a secret?
