Solo Sex Game: The Death Bed

The Sun has the closest thing to a family-friendly money shot in the tragic story of BBC presenter Kristian Digby, who single-handedly put the term "solo sex game" into the popular lexicon after he was found dead from apparent act of auto-erotic asphyxiation in his posh East London townhouse this week: a photo of the 32-year-old millionaire host of To Buy or Not To Buy sitting on the "£8,000 designer bed where he was found dead... beneath a remote-control skylight by his boyfriend.... marks on one of his wrists consistent with being tied in what cops believe was a solo sex game that went wrong... a black bin liner and a belt were also in the bedroom featured in another BBC show To Build Or Not To Build."

Tragic, another lesson to bored celebrities everywhere and a reminder to never sleep atop hotel room bed covers.

BBC host dies in "solo sex game"

Police sources say it was a "solo sex game gone wrong" that killed BBC presenter Kristian Digby. The 32-year-old host of BBC1's To Buy Or Not To Buy, well-known from many other productions, was pronounced dead at his home in East London yesterday morning.

Digby's ex-boyfriend, a former policeman, found the body.

A belt and a bag were taken away for examination by officers.

Obviously, some of us have not learned any lesson from the death of David Carradine.

Did David Carradine die masturbating?

The mainstream news media is referring to death of Kung Fu star David Carradine as a "suicide by hanging."

Distasteful to mention it as it may be, the actor was found dead in his hotel room in Bangkok, reportedly naked with a rope around his neck, and genitals (later amended to "other parts of his body"):

"Thai police told the BBC the 72-year-old was found by a hotel maid sitting in a wardrobe with a rope around his neck and genitals on Thursday morning. The US star was in Thailand filming his latest film Stretch, according to his personal manager Chuck Binder. Mr Binder said the news was 'shocking', adding: 'He was full of life, always wanting to work... a great person.'"

Bang-kok? Well hung?

(Then again, it could have been murder.)

UPDATE: The Daily Mail quotes Chuck Binder as calling the death "accidental."
