Farrah Fawcett's Texan lover finds himself in website hot water after blasting Ryan O'Neal in television interview

Greg Lott, the college beau of Farrah Fawcett who maintained a relationship with the actress throughout her life and who was partners with her in a website operation that was shut down by Ryan O'Neal the day before Farrah died, is in the news and making news.

The Texan Lott who, after O'Neal blocked his visits, maintained a weeks-long vigil in Los Angeles while Farrah lay dying, showed up on television in his hometown of Lubbock, Texas, over the weekend, blasting O'Neal and Farrah's friend Alana Stewart-- and announcing plans to write his own book about his relationship with Farrah.

Perhaps coincidentally, a posting on the blogsite that had become his forum in the weeks after Farrah's death reports today that the Farrah Fawcett.us website will not be returning to the web, and that for now, Greg Lott is being held liable for all the fans who've ordered Farrah memorabilia from the site and are left holding the bag:

"...Mr. Lott was the manager of www.FarrahFawcett.US and held a minority 25% stake in the ownership with Ms. Fawcett in this website. As you are aware the licensing rights have reverted to the Farrah Fawcett’s estate on June 25 2009 when she succumbed to her long battle with Cancer...

"I realize there are numerous people out there that have not received the items they have ordered prior to the site being taken down by the law firm working for the estate of Farrah Fawcett. Many people have reportedly sent complaints to Paypal as well as their credit card companies, and in one instance to the FBI. I have no response to this as Mr. Lott has not responded to our repeated phone calls or emails..."

  1. Okay not to change the subject ... well, YES to change the subject ... Did you know that there was a song called The Day Farrah Fawcett Died by the group The Vandals? Seems this song was released in the early 90s, although I've never heard it on the radio. I wonder if Farrah knew about this song?

The song kind of sucks, if you're not into Punk Rock/Rock type music. Here is a link with the lyrics:

Now back to the above subject ... when I first read on Farrah's site that money is being collected to help pay for Farrah's treatments ... RED LIGHTS FLASHED! I was one of the first, if not the first, to advise people to not purchase anything from that site. First off, the prices were RIDICULOUSLY pricey! Come on $10 for a fucking postcard!?? Also, to 'help' pay for Farrah's treatments??? I doubted Farrah needed our money, and if she did, as much as I LOVED her, I couldn't go for that! Got enough of my own financial problems to worry about!

As soon as I advised people about this, the message stating such was removed from the site! This made me suspicious of Greg and Craig.

What Farrah needed from us, during that time, was NOT our money, BUT our PRAYERS!

Also, did anyone here send any letters, cards etc. to Farrah during her battle? Was anyone acknowledged? I'd like to know this. I sent some stuff, but never got anything in return as an acknowledgement. Even sent my phone number, hoping someone in her circle would be considerate enough to advise me. Just so I know I didn't waste my money and time in vain. That's all. Sometimes celebrities fail to see that fans go out of their way to express their feelings towards them, and all they want is an acknowledgement. Fans are mostly taken granted for. I know there are some who go to the extreme and are crazy, but the majority are just normal people.

  2. TB.
In what I am reading here you are jumping to soon to place blame.
First Mr Lott was in the dark in the final weeks of Farrah's life, second Ms Fawcett's estate and guardian appointed in life in those final weeks were appointed to Ryan O Neal .
If Ryan O Neal stopped the website from operating without checking on orders, paid orders or orders placed the minute prior to shutting down this site FF.US I feel it is not only Mr. Lott who should be held accountable but all involved. This looks like fraud.
    Alot of people were duped.

  3. credit card companies and banks will investigate all the claims filed. Greg Lott is now in my opinion no better then Alana and Ryan. They probably knew the guy was a creep and thats why he was shut out. And to take peoples money shows what a fraud he is. he says he loved farrah and he steals money from her fans.OK GREG. I hope no one buys his book and with this he just shows that Alana and Ryan were justified to keep him out. I really doubt farrah thought of him as no more then a friend. This guy I hope goes to jail for what he did to people who never recieved their items from farrah's website. Maybe Ryan can step in and see that this guy goes to jail as I lost any respect for Mr.lott and hope is book tanks and goes to jail for internet fraud. Your losing supporters by the day Greg

  4. How embarrasing that Ryan's Soulmate left him NOTHING. Farrah was no fool. Ryan must've been so sweet to Farrah for her to do that. Wake up people.

  5. I can't believe anyone would still defend this guy....his own publicist is bad-mouthing him. The website WAS NOT fine until the day it was shut down. The last few days before it was gone, Lott used his friend's website for his own personal agenda: to blast her loved ones, post her home address, post her personal, private documents and ask for money to pay her drs. travel expenses, etc. Farrah's team shut it down with her best interest in mind.

  6. Well since it was Farrah's website Ryan or whoever needs to clean this mess up with customers who spent their hard earned money and recieved nothing. Ryan should help those people out and put Lott in jail

  7. Ryans business managers are in charge of her estate and name,so therefore her website was official and part of her name. They need to put something out there so those who were robbed by Lott get a refund or their merchandise

  8. padophto the point. ryan ,alana and anyone involved should see what has happened to hard working people and the money spent on this website.
    FRAUD

  9. If O'Neal did not shut down the site OWNED by Lott and Fawcett together, Farrah's wonderful fans would be getting the stuff they bought with their hard-earned money. All this hate for Lott is playing into O'Neal's hand. You know, the bum Farrah left nothing to.

  10. If Lott would have done the job he was paid to do and run the site in a professional manner, would wouldn't even have to be talking about it.

  11. If O'Neal would have done the job a father was supposed to do, Redmond would not be hooked on drugs and in jail.

  12. Maybe if all these assholes were not in Farrah's life causing her so much stress maybe she'd still be alive.
Strees contributes to cancer and I know Ryan and Redmond did a lot to her. Her son did not really even seem that upset in the documentary. He was smiling.
Sadly he may be just like his dad, self centered. I hope not and hate to put her son. But Ryan and redmond's actions seem as though they only care about getting high.

  13. agree, Ryan will possibly take the heat as in shutting down Farrahs site. Lott was scourned and if his reasons was due to ryan not allowing him contact in Farrahs last days this was again no reason to shut down Farrah.us.
Alot of people have lost alot of money. So whos to blame. I say the person who held the right to shut the site down

  14. Greg Lott stll should honor Farrah and make good on all the orders. I won't be buying his book now that's for sure. And I now hope Ryan takes him to court for fraud/theft and Lott goes back to jail where he belongs.Greg had a agenda with Ryan and used farrahfawcett.us to do it and many of us who bought items are the ones who paid the price.
ANYONE WHO HAS NOT RECIEVED YOUR ITEMS FILE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL CALL YOUR BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND TELL THEM THE GUY WHO DID THIS WAS GREG LOTT/ DO NOT LET HIM OFF THE HOOK AT THE END HE USED FARRAH'S CANCER AS A WAY TO SELL SHIRTS. HE LIED AND STOLE PERIOD AND HE NEEDS TO PAY FOR IT OR SEND PEOPLE THEIR MERCHANDISE

  15. I agree, everyone who placed orders and didn't get what they paid for, needs to have a claim on file with Paypal or credit card company, and hopefully one day they will get their money back. Greg Lott needs to be held responsible. HE got our money. HE abused his privelege of running her website. It was not appropriate to use her site for his own personal agenda. Unfortunatly for fans, the only thing for Farrah's best interest, was to shut it down. Greg could have used that interview to address fans about the site, but again, he used it to promote himself.

  16. Exactly anonymous he is bitter and used fans to get money at the end and probably hopes Ryan has to deal with the stolen money from the customers who bought and never recieved their items they paid for.
He (greg) once again is out for his own agenda and I don't trust a thing he has to say now. He lost my trust and showed he was another user in Farrah's life. He shit was the love of her life. Her son and father were and are.Greg Lott is a scumbag for what he did and If I have to contact Ryan's gym to alert him on the fraud I will do so. Ryan would love to see Lott in jail and NOW so many who had their money stolen. He abused the site and her fans and Farrah's trust. At least Ryan and Alana did not do that,so Im going to their side now as much as I question them, but at least they did not steal from Farrah's fans. Greg is done in my book

  17. I don't even understand why someone would put themselves out claiming to be a "publicist" for a scum-bag who defrauds the public via appeals such as raising money to take care of Farrah's father and the doctor travel expenses. This seemed very fishy to me and matter of fact I contacted the publicist directly offering to help with writing projects and got two short somewhat terse replies. I wanted the truth to come out about this whole finagling going on and was willing to put my writing efforts behind it, so that those who truly cared about Ms. Fawcett would know the truth. I guess all of us saw what truth there is. How people ride the backs of the rich and famous for their own gains is beyond me. The shameful behavior of those around this situation is no exception. I'm happy the website was closed down. It's the least that could have been done in the dignified name of Ms. Fawcett.

  18. For what it's worth - the web site was not in Farrah's name - Domain search - I only see Greg's name listed.

I did find a domain or 2 that said private owner in CA.
