Stevie D is like the new Dane Cook. Only funny.
The latest comedy star from the Great American South is heading to Hollywood in a 1978 Trans Am called The Kentucky Porsche and heading to a television set near you. In the tradition of Jeff Foxworthy, Larry The Cable Guy and Lynyrd Skynyrd, the rock’n’roll comic who calls himself Stevie D has been working hard on and around the Sunset Strip the past couple of years and quietly starring in an Internet entertainment magazine show that’s made enough waves and attracted enough repeat customers that it's getting ready to roll out on a network.
As the Stevie D Show pilot makes the rounds, our pal Keith Walker is riding that Kentucky Porsche as associate producer and turns us on to Stevie D as headliner of the Rockstars of Comedy motion picture that’s heading for theatres in the summer.
