  1. The IBL was dead as soon as TB ran the article about the lawsuit from Natalie Blacher. Without TB the IBL would have fraudulently continued their charade.

  2. It is dead when the Fat Man sings or the IBL website is taken down

  3. Just because the IAB is no longer aligned with the IBL, why can't Larry just play the games without the IAB. Do they own baseball in Israel? Were they such a big help?

  4. To the posting above:

So what your suggesting is that it doesn't matter that Larry is completely unethical, owes money to alot of people ($1 million) and won't account for where it went. The only important thing is that the IBL still gets to play ball in Israel.

I'll take a wild guess here. Larry is not welcome in Israel, whether or not the IAB is involved, because of his dishonesty and deplorable business ethics. He has not shown any character or had the dignity to face up to all these problems.

It is so beyond me that anyone can be supporting the IBL with its current management team.

  5. The last post sums it up quite well.
Larry is unethical and does not account for the money.(Who knows he might have pocketed a half a million dollars)

  6. The only way Larry will be compelled to reveal the IBL's finances is if the investors (not the players or the vendors) come together to demand the books be opened up to them or it's pursued legally. Larry is not the sole owner of the IBL. Quite frankly, I'm willing to bet he didn't put any of his money behind it. He shares ownership with the other investors. I'm surprised that Berger has not been more cooperative since it seems like he has a lot lose if Baras misappropriated funds.
